Payment Terms:
This is a one time charge paid via credit card. Banks of hours are purchased as a one-time pre-payment and unused hours can be used for up to one year.
Cancellation Clause:
Banks of hours are non-refundable however unused hours can be used for up to one year.
Attorney’s Fees and Costs of Collection:
In the event of default by the Client under this agreement, Client agrees to pay all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney’s fees, whether or not a lawsuit is filed.
Company Property, Copyrights and Trademarks:
All computer equipment and software utilized by AS Creative Services in conjunction with Client’s project shall remain the sole and exclusive property of AS Creative Services.
