This client had a 10-year-old website that was not responsive or intuitive. The benefit of WordPress can generally be its ability to utilize plugins for complex functionality. However, in some cases plugins can’t compliment certain workflows. This client’s complex workflow required substantial discovery and architectural strategy to create what is now a fully custom WordPress site with accreditation profiles and an interface tailored to the detailed needs of the organization. Sometimes custom PHP is the only way to go.
